Ok tonight I am dedicating a night to cooking and baking and I'm so excited; I love nothing more than actually having the time to get stuck in.
My brother in law is coming round to play on the PS3 with my hubby so that leaves me free to get on with some seriously neglected cup cake making. I haven't made any cupcakes since September when I found out I was pregnant and could no longer bear the sight or smell of cakes and icing. I think I'm just about past that now at 31 weeks!
Tonights tea is Mustard Chicken, Quick Dauphinoise and Greens.
